255/1001 ~ "Memory, I realise, can be an unreliable thing; often it is heavily coloured by the circumstances in which one remembers"
I truly loved reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time. While it was such a simple and easy book to read and understand, the concepts Christopher explores are far more sophisticated than they seem. When I first started reading the book, I thought it was easy and there was no plot, but as the story grew I was interested by the creative way Haddon introduced the plot. I loved how direct Christopher was with his feelings, and how blatantly honest he was with the world. While Christopher is 15, his autism causes him to seem ignorant of the world around him, when actually he is simply logical and fascinated by little things.
